Byron has a strong background in personal training. After his college football career at Rice University, he expanded his love for training into coaching high school athletics.  For six years, he coached and designed strength and conditioning workouts for numerous high school teams.

Following his coaching career, he received his certification as a personal trainer through National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and took on the challenge of changing lives and building relationships with great people. Byron’s style of training is innovative and diverse, incorporating all varieties of training tools to help you reach your specific goals.

The training programs he specializes in range from fat loss, strength and conditioning, sports specific, core strengthening, stabilization, general health, senior health and post rehab.

​

During his years as a personal trainer, he has also pursued and obtained his certification in Haganah, meaning “the defense”, which allows him to teach a well designed self-defense program. His personal athletic accomplishments include a scholar-athlete on Rice University’s Football Team, winning championships in major college football and Ju Jit Su tournaments.
