Cancellation Policy: 
Clients are asked to call 24 hours in advance of the scheduled training session. You will be charged for appointments cancelled with fewer than 24 hours notice. Failure to contact your trainer and call 832-324-5438  will result in a session loss.

Package Expiration/Refund Policy:
Individuals registering for training must complete all personal training sessions by the end of the client’s eligibility to participate in the program or by the expiration date of the training package, whichever comes first. All training packages expire six (6) months from the date of purchase. All packages are non-refundable/non-transferable.
