Coach Cooper went to Flint Northern HS. and was a 4 star All American, All State, All Conference and  All city Cornerback. He earned a full ride scholarship to play at several universities and decided to play at Michigan State university. White at MSY he  started as a true freshman and continued through his senior year.

 

Coop started a brand called Dig Deep Athletics in 2013 which specializes in training athletes on there overall performance such as speed, strength, agility, explosion, ect.

Off season training will start November 20th for all Athletes. We will train 4 days a week each month. 30 slots open starting now until the 30 slots are filled. First 30 that sign up will be it until slots open. Training shirts will be provided and additional shirts will be earned based on work ethic while training.

Rate $150 a month.

Gym memberships are $20 a month.
